AKH Commercial Tower on Plot No. 47, Sector 1/74, Dammam, KSA

The project involved construction and maintenance of AKH Tower in Dammam, with a reported value of SAR 231 million. AEH Consultancy examined project documents, evaluated the submitted extension-of-time claim, prepared a SWOT assessment and negotiation strategy, developed delay and quantum analysis, addressed the engineer’s comments and supported dispute-resolution steps where required.
