MBR Dubai Hills Estate, Fairway Vistas (65 Villas) PA02

The project comprised the construction and completion of 65 Fairway Vistas villas at Dubai Hills Estate, with a reported value of AED 249 million. AEH Consultancy managed day-to-day commercial, contractual and planning matters on behalf of the contractor, including correspondence, variation and claim reviews, programme reporting, claim preparation, negotiation and attendance at commercial and planning meetings.
