Modun P – 123 Phase II

The project comprised 404 villas at Mudon Development Phase 2, Dubai, with a reported value of AED 558 million. AEH Consultancy evaluated and enhanced the submitted extension-of-time claim, completed gap analysis, reviewed project records and delay events, identified further entitlement, supported meetings and negotiations with the engineer and employer, and assisted with amicable settlement and final-account resolution.
