The Nasma Residences Phase 2B works covered the engineering, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of MEP works for 107 villas in Sharjah, with a reported value of AED 9.51 million. AEH Consultancy prepared and presented the extension-of-time claim and led meetings and negotiations to finalise entitlement.
