Tower A, B, and C of ‘Carson’ Plot 2423 (676-5407) at the Akoya by Damac

The project involved the design, construction, testing, commissioning and maintenance of three Carson towers at Akoya by Damac, with a reported value of AED 400 million. AEH Consultancy reviewed project records and delay events, selected and applied an appropriate delay-analysis methodology, assessed excusable and compensable delay, prepared time and cost claims, and presented and negotiated the extension-of-time claim.
