The works comprise of the complete architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical, landscape, interior finishes/specialized items, supply, construction, installation, completion & maintenance for the commercial tower on Plot No.82 at Al-Khobar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which comprises 2 Basement floors, Ground Floor, Mezzanine floor, 5 Podiums floors, 18 office floors with all the utilities required for the proper functioning of the building as detailed in the Drawings and Contract Documents.

AEH Consultancy scope is to examine the Project Documents and evaluate the submitted Extension of Time Claim, prepare the extension of Time claim SWAT Analysis and the claim negotiation strategy, prepare the Extension of Time delay analysis along with the Quantum claim, conduct meetings with the Engineer to present the Claim, reply the Engineer’s comments, if the claim is not resolved amicably, then AEH Consultancy will support the Contractor in their dispute resolution till securing the approval of all the claims to the best interest of the Contractor.
