AEH Consultancy scope is to review and manage the day to day commercial, contractual, and planning activities on behalf of the Contractor by utilizing the Contractor’s commercial and planning team.

The scope includes replying the contractual letters, review the Contractor’s variations and advise the best way to maximise the Contractor’s financial benefits, review the planning part of the weekly and monthly reports, review the Contractor’s claims and lead the team during the preparation and submission, discuss, negotiate, and finalise the variations and claims on behalf of the Contractor, and attend the commercial and planning meetings as necessary.
