AEH Consultancy scope is extension of time claim enhancement, negotiation, and finalization of the Claim.

The above scope also includes conducting an evaluation of the submitted Extension of Time claim and prepare the gap analysis, examining the Project’s documents and evaluate the Contractor and the Employer’s positions, evaluating the submitted extension of time events, identifying new extension of time events, conduct meetings to discuss and finalize the submission with the Engineer and Employer till obtaining the final approval, and support the Contractor in any amicable settlement to finalise the Project’s Final Account.
