AEH Consultancy scope is the preparation, presentation, enhancement, and negotiation of the extension of time claim, variations preparation, loss of productivity & idle resources claims.
The above scope includes, examining the Project’s Document and evaluate the Contractor and the Employer’s position, identifying the delay events, prepare the Extension of Time delay analysis, evaluating the submitted variations, identifying the variations methodology and the best way forward, enhancing the submitted variations in terms of entitlement and cost, and preparing the cost and losses Claim.
The scope includes the preparation of loss of productivity & idle resources claims along with the negotiation till the finalisation of the claim
