AEH Consultancy scope is to prepare new Variation, Claims, & Final account and to reply, negotiate Contra Charges as well as the Final Account with the Main Contractor till finalizing of the Final Account. The scope also includes drafting and negotiating any amicable final settlement.
In case the final account is not settled amicably, then AEH Consultancy will support its client in the dispute resolution steps till securing a fair settlement of the final account.
