AEH Consultancy scope is to act as a cost consultant and to advise the Employer in the commercial and contractual matters.
AEH Consultancy acted as the Claim Consultant and the Client’s Representative to prepare the Client’s losses and damages claim, review and evaluate the Contractor’s Final Consolidated Claim, advise in the termination procedure, represent the Client through the Court proceeding.
AEH Consultancy had represented the Client in front of the Court’s Expert, defended the Client’s position, prepared all the submission of the counter claim and the responses to the opponents’ claims. The scope includes as well representing the Client in all court’s levels (Court of First Instance, Appeal Court, and Cassation Court)
