The Works consists of the design (to the extent provided for by the Contract), construction, completion, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of such works and the remedying of any defects or omissions therein.

AEH Consultancy scope is examining the Project Documents and evaluate the Contractor and the Employer’s positions, evaluating the submitted extension of time events, identifying new extension of time events, preparation of the events chronology, selecting the best delay analysis method based on the Contract and the available data, preparing the delay analysis, evaluating the duration for the excusable and excusable & compensable delay, preparation of the cost and losses claim with its substantiations, preparation the Extension of Time Claim, presentation and negotiation of the Extension of Time claim with the Engineer and Employer.
