The works comprise of the complete architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical, landscape, interior finishes/specialized items, supply, construction, installation, completion & remedying defects with all the utilities required for the proper functioning of the building as detailed in the Drawings and Contract Documents.

AEH Consultancy scope is to respond to the Engineer’s comments, prepare for the re-submission, represent the Contractor in the discussion and negotiation of the variations with the Engineer and the Employer till achieving the final approval of selected MEP variations.
